1. Overview

These Terms govern the access and use of academia.keespark.com and software services provided by Keespark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Keespark").

2. Subscription & Flexible Milestone Terms

Keespark Academia foundational tiers start from ₹499 INR or $5 USD per month. Flexible milestone plans (e.g., 5% down, 10% in 2 months, 30% in 8 months) are offered to accredited educational institutions upon written agreement and verification of tenant credentials.

3. Academic Data Ownership & Integrity

The subscriber institution retains 100% intellectual property and legal ownership of all student records, academic rosters, parent details, and financial ledgers. Keespark acts solely as a data processor providing hosting, computation, and software capabilities.

4. Comparative References & Trademarks

References to third-party software products (such as Teachmint, Fedena, Entab, Campus 365, Tally, Jira, etc.) are solely for descriptive and comparative purposes. All respective trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
