1. Who We Are

Keespark Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Keespark", "we", "our") operates academia.keespark.com. We provide institution management software, Student Information Systems (SIS), and online assessment proctoring engines to schools, colleges, and coaching centers. Contact: sales@keespark.com.

2. Institutional & Student Data Sovereignty

We believe students and institutions own their data. Keespark will never sell, monetize, or harvest student or institutional data for targeted third-party advertising. All student records, grades, parent contact information, and fee receipts remain the exclusive property of the subscribing institution.

3. Information We Collect

• Inbound Demo Leads: Name, work email, phone/WhatsApp number, institution name, student strength, and interest preferences.
• Academic ERP Operational Data: Student enrollments, attendance timestamps, parent contact numbers for WhatsApp alerts, fee ledger entries, and assessment answers.
• Web Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics and Google tag conversion data to measure website traffic and ad relevance.

4. Data Security & Compliance

Keespark employs industry-grade AES-256 bit encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We adhere strictly to the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, FERPA data privacy best practices, and international cloud security standards.

5. Your Rights

Institutions have full rights to export all academic data at any time in open formats (CSV/Excel/JSON). To exercise data access or deletion requests, contact our privacy team at sales@keespark.com.
